Tip # 12 - Ladder sense
Always tie your ladder off when working on a roof.(that will ensure that it is still there when you come back) Remember that a ladder that was fully extended could do an enormous amount of damage to anything or anyone on the ground below, should it fall. Never use your ladder on uneven ground.
