October 3: DJ Coulters is proud to annouce its new
web site went live today. Its taken many months to complete and forms a part of
our efforts to provide a fully integrated service strategy accross all our
branches, distribution network, retail, outlets and web site. It means our
customers get improved access to information about our products, can access
customised pricing and may place purchases online via our secure payment
options. Steve Errol, Managing Director, said we were faced with some big
decisions as to our choice in software as the implications for removal of our
old accounting system were terifying. We elected to purchase Xpect software
which offers us a tightly integrated solution allowing us to operate one package
that handles the complete set of accounts including, web site, inventory,
distribution and point of sale functions. We see the benefits being enormous as
we can now see performance of the business and various branches in real time
without waiting for reports from all over the country. We hope this will flow
into improved service levels and assist to grow our business even further. etc.
