Important Announcement: Topline's Old webshop and customer portal is off-line for migration to NAS financial sysem

Over the last seven months, NAS Australia's Information Technology, Finance, and Operations teams have been busy working on the migration of the existing Topline Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to the existing NAS ERP system - Netsuite. We will be going live with Netsuite across the group on May 1.

Netsuite is the world's #1 cloud business management software suite and is used by more than 40,000 organisations and subsidiaries worldwide.  NAS has successfully used Netsuite since 2005.

Changes for NAS/Topline’s Customers

While most of the changes resulting from this ERP upgrade will be transparent to our customers, any documentation produced from the system, such as quotes, order confirmations, shipping confirmations and invoices will have a new look.

Moving forward over the next few months we will be rolling out a new 'trade only' webshop and customer app.  In the interim, the existing Topline webshop ( will be inactive from May 1
If you have conducted payments via the customer portal in the past, you will need to contact the NAS Accounts Department regarding account payments until further notice.  The old customer portal will be deactivated during the transition to avoid confusion regarding outstanding invoices (as the topline portal only shows invoices processed through the old financial system).
